Return & Refund Policy
At Sacred Wild, every piece is thoughtfully selected, created, or sourced in limited quantities.
Because we are a small boutique, all sales are final. Please review product descriptions, sizing information, measurements, photos, and care instructions carefully before placing your order.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except in the event that your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at Julia@MySacredWild.com.
Please include your order number, photographs of the item, photographs of the packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
Once your request is reviewed, Sacred Wild will determine the appropriate resolution.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with any original tags and packaging.
Made-to-Order Items
Some Sacred Wild pieces are made to order and are individually created, handcrafted, or sourced specifically after your order is placed.
Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for your item to be created before it ships. Shipping time is in addition to production time unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Because these pieces are prepared specifically for you, they cannot be canceled, returned, refunded, or exchanged once production has begun.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed, shipped, or, in the case of made-to-order items, once production has begun.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact Julia@MySacredWild.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be accommodated.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a damaged or incorrect item is approved for resolution, Sacred Wild will provide instructions for the next steps. Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, Sacred Wild is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking indicates your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, contact Julia@MySacredWild.com.
